2. Services Provided

BotLearnMax is an online educational platform that provides AI-related training content, including self-paced courses, interactive materials, assessments, and optional certifications.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Sharing your account or login credentials with others is not permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Payment and Access

Access to paid content requires upfront payment via accepted methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer). All prices are in CHF and may include VAT where applicable. You will gain access to the purchased materials once the payment is confirmed.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or made a payment by mistake, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

100% refund if the request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase and the course has not been accessed.
50% refund if less than 20% of the course has been completed and the request is made within 14 days.
No refund is offered after 14 days or when more than 20% of course content has been accessed.

To request a refund, contact us at billing@botlearnmax.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (videos, texts, visuals, tools, structure) is the intellectual property of BotLearnMax GmbH. You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute any materials without explicit written consent.

7. Platform Availability

While we strive to ensure continuous access to the platform, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and Swiss regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

BotLearnMax GmbH is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from platform use, course outcomes, or third-party service integration. Platform usage is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Canton of Zürich.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website with the “Last Updated” date.
